What is your return policy?

We take best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations options are available to our customers subject to our contractual restrictions and obligations with the supplier.

We have specified the Return and Refund policy under each product for ease of understanding. Please note that each Return and Refund policy is as provided by the respective sellers. 

  • The goods can be returned only if there is a valid reason.
  • A refund may be obtained only in certain circumstances.

What can I return and when?

  • You receive a faulty or defective product.
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

What products cannot be returned? 

  • Handcrafted products.
  • Products with short shelf life.
  • Hygiene products.

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be in their original condition they were received along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Brand packaging should be intact.
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

Different brands have different time period to raise a concern which is mentioned in the product page. Kindly acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions mentioned before purchasing the product so as to avoid any kind of dispute. If the concern is raised after the stipulated time period the same would be resolved at the sole discretion of the seller.
